Business Marketing Design Package Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the Business Marketing Design Package provided by DS Consulting Club / The GrowPro Shop (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing this service, the client (“you”) agrees to the following terms:

1. Scope of Service

This package includes the design of the following marketing materials:

  • One (1) custom flyer
  • Up to ten (10) social media post templates
  • One (1) market sign design
  • One (1) company/product brochure (up to 10 pages)

All materials will be custom-designed to match your brand identity, based on the brief you submit after purchase.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • You are required to submit a complete and detailed design brief via the provided form. This must include all necessary brand assets, content, preferences, and usage guidelines.
  • Delays in submitting the brief or providing necessary content may result in project delays.
  • If you wish to schedule a Zoom consultation to discuss your brief, this must be requested in advance in the order notes.

3. Revisions

  • This package includes one (1) round of revisions per design item (flyer, social templates, sign, brochure).
  • Additional revision rounds will be charged at AED 75 per item, per round.
  • Major changes that alter the original brief or scope will be treated as a new request and billed separately.

4. Deliverables

  • All final files will be delivered in ready-to-print PDF format.
  • Social media templates will be designed in static formats (JPG or PNG), unless otherwise agreed.
  • No editable source files (e.g., AI, PSD) will be provided unless requested in writing and will be subject to an additional fee.

5. Timeline

  • First draft delivery for all components will be completed within 10–14 business days after receiving the complete brief and required materials.
  • Revisions will be delivered within 5–10 business days after receiving feedback.
  • Project timeline may extend if the brief or content is delayed.

6. Ownership & Usage Rights

  • You will receive full usage rights for the final approved designs upon full payment and delivery.
  • We retain the right to display any completed designs in our portfolio, website, or promotional materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • As this is a customized, creative service, refunds are not available once design work has started.
  • If you cancel your order before submitting your brief, a partial refund will be granted (less administrative fees).

8. Communication & Approvals

  • Communication will be primarily via email. Zoom calls are available upon request and by appointment.
  • All approvals and feedback must be provided in writing.
  • Delayed feedback or responses may result in timeline extensions.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for printing quality, file output issues from third-party printers, or improper use of the designs.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to review all final files before use. Once approved, any changes may be subject to additional charges.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this agreement.
