You can purchase a session/s directly from The GrowPro Shop under the Services Collection. After purchasing, you’ll receive an email with instructions on scheduling your session.

Yes! All consulting and coaching session/s contents are tailored to your business needs and challenges.

If you need customization to the package/service itself, contact us for a separate quotation from DS Consulting Club.

Can I request a custom service not listed in the shop?

Absolutely! If you need a customized business service, or a business service that is not listed on the store, just reach out to us, and we’ll explore your options with you.

Do you offer international shipping?

Our products are mostly digital and do not require shipping. In the event that a physical product is available or included then yes absolutely!

We partner with DHL to provide international shipping for physical products where applicable.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary based on location and product type. You’ll see the final shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.

How long does delivery take?

Digital products are delivered instantly, and available for immediate download.

Physical product delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. You will be notified and given a tracking number.

Returns,Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

In the case of physical products, we accept returns within 14 days only if the item received is damaged.

Due to the nature of our products, digital downloads and consulting services are non-refundable after purchase. Make sure to read the product descriptions thoroughly and the service agreement where applicable before purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We do not offer exchanges or cancellations for digital products, as once purchased the product is instantly delivered. Therefore, please read the product description thoroughly before purchase and the service agreement where applicable.

If the order is a service that does not include a digital download, you may request cancellation or exchange before fulfillment/delivery. Cancelled products will be refunded in store credits only. You may chat with us before purchasing if in doubt about any details.
