Custom Logo Design Service Agreement

This Service Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the Custom Logo Design Service provided by DS Consulting Club / The GrowPro Shop ("we", "our", "us"). By purchasing this service, the client ("you") agrees to the following terms:

1. Scope of Service

  • This service includes the creation of one (1) custom brand logo based on your submitted brief.
  • You will receive two (2) initial logo concepts to choose from.
  • One (1) revision round is included. Additional revisions will be charged at AED 65 per round.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for submitting a complete and accurate brief using the form provided after purchase.
  • If the brief is incomplete or unclear, we may request additional information or schedule a call if necessary.
  • Delays in submitting the brief may impact delivery timelines.

3. Timeline

  • Logo concepts will be delivered within 5–14 business days from the date of receiving a complete and approved brief.
  • Revisions will be delivered within 5–7 business days of receiving feedback.

4. Ownership & Usage Rights

  • Upon final payment and delivery, you will receive full rights to use the final approved logo for your business and marketing needs.
  • We retain the right to display the logo in our portfolio or promotional materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Revisions & Additional Charges

  • One revision is included in the service fee.
  • Any further revisions will be billed at AED 65 per round.
  • Major changes that deviate from the original brief will be subject to additional charges or considered a new project.

6. File Deliverables

  • Final logo files will be delivered in PDF, JPG, and PNG formats (2MB max).
  • A logo icon (200x200 px) will also be provided for use on social media or digital platforms.
  • Source files (e.g., AI or PSD) are not included. They may be requested subject to an additional fee.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the custom nature of this service, refunds are not available once the brief has been submitted and the design process has begun.
  • If you cancel before submitting the brief, a partial refund (less processing/admin fees) will be granted.

8. Communication

  • Communication will be via email unless a Zoom meeting is requested in advance.
  • You may request one (1) 30-minute Zoom meeting to discuss your brief. Please indicate this in your order notes during checkout.

 9. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to deliver high-quality, professional design work, we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the logo.
  • We are not responsible for any trademark registration, legal clearance, or protection of the logo design.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
