Mike Chehata has over twenty years of experience in the finance / auditing / financial consultancy industry and possesses vast knowledge of business in various areas, specializing in financial analysis, financial modelling, business consultancy, management, company valuations and feasibilities.

 

Mike is also experienced in contract review / management / negotiation, project management, auditing, accounting, IT consultancy / ERP implementations. 

 

By creating extensive business model sensitivities, Mike strives to ensure that the entrepreneur(s) is fully aware of the various risks involved and have access to the required capital as well as initiate pre-operating countermeasures to mitigate the risks as much as possible. 

 

Mike was a Financial Comptroller for a Company Group in Canada before settling in the UAE in 1998.
