Custom-Designed Event Branding Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between DS Consulting Club / The GrowPro Shop (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and the client (“you”, “your”) upon purchase of the Custom-Designed Event Branding service. By confirming your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Service

We will provide event branding design services tailored to your upcoming event or campaign, ensuring cohesive, high-quality visuals across selected materials.

This service includes:

  • Design of up to five (5) custom event branding items such as:
    • Event banners
    • Social media templates
    • Posters or flyers
    • Place mats
    • Event decorations
    • Table cards or welcome signs
    • Other similar visual assets (subject to agreement)
  • All items delivered in ready-to-print PDF format
  • One (1) round of revisions per item
  • Custom design aligned with your brand and event theme

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide a clear, complete brief including event theme, goals, branding materials (logo, color palette, etc.), and any required content (text, slogans, imagery, etc.)
  • Respond to communication and feedback requests in a timely manner
  • Ensure approvals and revision requests are provided within the agreed timeline

Failure to provide required materials may result in delays.

3. Deliverables & Timeline

  • Design delivery will be completed within 10–12 business days of receiving the full brief and all required assets
  • Files will be delivered in print-ready PDF format
  • One (1) revision is included per item, to be requested within five (5) business days of initial delivery
  • Additional revisions or requests beyond the included scope may be quoted and billed separately

4. Exclusions

This service does not include:

  • Printing or production services
  • Editable source files (e.g., AI, PSD, INDD) unless separately agreed
  • Photography, copywriting, or content creation
  • On-site event management or signage installation

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and final delivery, you will have full usage rights for the designs created. We reserve the right to include anonymized or mockup versions in our design portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during the course of this project will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Print quality or technical issues related to third-party printers
  • Delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client input
  • Any damages arising from use or misuse of the deliverables beyond their intended design purpose

8. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing this service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement is effective upon payment and remains in force until delivery of all agreed deliverables.
