This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between DS Consulting Club / The GrowPro Shop (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and the client (“you”, “your”) upon purchase of the Customer Service Design Package. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Services
This package includes the design of branded, customer-facing print materials that enhance customer experience and add a polished, professional touch to packaging and communication.
Included in this package:
- One (1) custom Thank-You Card Design
- One (1) custom Branded Leaflet Design (e.g., about your brand, care tips, promotions)
- One (1) custom Loyalty Card Design
- One (1) custom Sticker Design
All designs will be custom-made to align with your brand identity based on the brief provided.
2. Deliverables
- Final files delivered in ready-to-print PDF format
- Digital-use versions (JPG/PNG) included when applicable
- One (1) revision round per item
- Delivery within 7–10 business days from receipt of a completed brief and all required content
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Submit a clear and complete brief including logo, brand colors, content (text), and any preferences or examples
- Provide timely feedback and approvals to avoid delays
- Ensure all provided content is correct and free of errors
Incomplete or unclear input may result in timeline delays or design limitations.
4. Revisions & Additional Work
- Each item includes one (1) revision round
- Revisions are limited to design refinements (e.g., color, layout, text adjustments)
- Major changes or additions to the scope (e.g., extra designs, content rewrites, rebranding mid-project) will be quoted separately
5. Exclusions
This service does not include:
- Printing or production services
- Editable source files (e.g., PSD, AI) unless separately agreed upon
- Copywriting or content development
- Photography or image sourcing
6. Ownership & Usage Rights
- Upon full payment and final delivery, you are granted usage rights for the approved designs
- These rights include use in printed materials, digital communications, and packaging
- We retain the right to display final designs in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing
7. Confidentiality
All business, brand, and customer-related information shared with us will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent, unless required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Print output quality from third-party vendors
- Errors in client-provided content
- Delays caused by late submissions or approvals
- Misuse or unauthorized modification of delivered designs
9. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing this service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement takes effect upon payment and remains valid through the delivery and final approval of the design package.
