This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between DS Consulting Club / The GrowPro Shop (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and the client (“you”, “your”) upon purchase of the Custom-Designed Art Poster service. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Service
This service includes the creation of one (1) custom-designed art poster in A3 size (42 x 29.7 cm), tailored to the client’s specifications and/or the story or concept they wish to capture.
The poster will be designed as a unique piece of digital artwork, suitable for personal or corporate gifting.
This service includes:
- One (1) custom art poster design
- Fully personalized concept based on the client’s brief
- Incorporation of branding elements (if provided) such as logos, color palette, or relevant visuals
- Integration of key story points, messages, or achievements (if applicable)
- One (1) revision round
- Final delivery in print-ready PDF format
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Submit a complete and accurate brief, including all relevant content, names, dates, themes, key messages, visual preferences, and branding materials (if applicable)
- Respond promptly to requests for clarification or approval
- Acknowledge that artistic interpretation is part of this service, and allow creative direction within the agreed brief
3. Deliverables & Timeline
- Initial draft will be delivered within 7–10 business days from the date a complete brief is received
- One (1) round of revision is included and must be requested within 5 business days of receiving the first draft
- Final design will be delivered as a high-resolution, print-ready PDF (A3 size)
4. Revisions & Additional Work
- The included revision covers minor changes (e.g., text adjustments, color tweaks, repositioning elements)
- Major changes, redesigns, or additional concepts outside the original brief will be treated as a new request and quoted separately
5. Exclusions
This service does not include:
- Physical printing or delivery
- Editable source files (e.g., PSD, AI) unless agreed in writing and quoted separately
- Multiple concept explorations
- Ongoing design support after delivery
6. Ownership & Usage Rights
- Upon full payment and final delivery, the client is granted usage rights for personal or gifting purposes
- Commercial use (e.g., resale, merchandise reproduction) must be disclosed in advance and may require separate licensing
- We retain the right to display anonymized or mockup versions of the artwork in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing
7. Confidentiality
All information shared with us for the creation of this artwork will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Print quality outcomes from third-party printers
- Delays caused by incomplete briefs or late responses
- Misinterpretation due to unclear or contradictory briefing
- Any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of the design
9. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing this service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement takes effect upon payment and applies to the scope defined above.
