This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between DS Consulting Club / The GrowPro Shop (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the client (“you”, “your”), upon purchase of the Business Plan Creation service. By confirming your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Scope of Service
We will create a professionally structured business plan based on the selected package, your submitted brief, and any supporting materials provided. The business plan will include strategic insights and/or financial projections depending on the chosen tier.
2. Service Tiers & Deliverables
A. Strategy-Only Plan (2-Year or 5-Year)
What’s included:
- Executive Summary
- Business Description & Model
- Market Analysis & Target Customer Overview
- Competitive Analysis
- Marketing & Sales Strategy
- Operational & Delivery Model
- Team & Organizational Structure
- Business Objectives & KPIs
- 2-Year or 5-Year Strategic Growth Roadmap
- SWOT Analysis and Risk Mitigation
- One (1) revision round within 5 business days of delivery
Deliverables:
- PDF and editable Word document of the business plan
- Delivery within 15–20 business days of receiving a completed brief and all required information
What’s not included:
- Financial forecasts, profit & loss statements, or cash flow projections
- Investor pitch decks or presentation design
- Additional revisions or major scope changes (billed separately)
B. Strategy + Financial Model Plan (2-Year or 5-Year)
Everything in the Strategy-Only Plan, plus:
- Fully customized Excel financial model with:
- Revenue forecasts by product/service
- Cost modeling (COGS, OPEX, CAPEX)
- 3–5 year financial projection
- Profit & Loss Statement
- Cash Flow Forecast
- Balance Sheet
- Dynamic input fields for scenario testing
- Visual dashboard with KPIs and summaries
- Optional 60-minute handover session to walk through the model
- One (1) feedback revision round for both plan and model
Deliverables:
- PDF and Word version of the business plan
- Excel financial model
- Delivery within 15–30 business days of receiving a completed brief and financial inputs
What’s not included:
- Valuation modeling or equity structuring
- Fundraising documents or investor outreach
- Ongoing updates or post-delivery financial maintenance
- Additional revisions or major changes to model structure (billed separately)
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide a completed business brief and any requested information or materials
- Respond promptly to requests for clarification or follow-up
- Ensure data provided is accurate, complete, and representative of your business model
Delayed or incomplete information may result in timeline extensions.
4. Revisions & Limitations
- One (1) revision round is included in all service tiers, to be submitted within five (10) business days of delivery
- Additional revisions, major structural changes, or rescoping will incur additional charges and require prior written agreement
5. Confidentiality
All business information shared with us will be treated as strictly confidential. We will not share or disclose your materials or data to any third party without written consent, unless required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment and delivery, all deliverables become your intellectual property. We reserve the right to display anonymized excerpts of our work for portfolio purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
We aim to deliver high-quality strategic and financial planning tools. However, we make no guarantees regarding business performance, investment success, or financial outcomes resulting from the use of the business plan or model. You remain solely responsible for all business decisions and their consequences.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing the Business Plan Creation service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this agreement. This agreement is effective upon payment and remains valid until the final deliverables are completed and accepted.
