Brand Stickers Design Service Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the Custom Brand Sticker Design service provided by DS Consulting Club / The GrowPro Shop (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing this service, the client (“you”) agrees to the following terms:

1. Scope of Service

  • This service includes the design of custom brand stickers based on the brief submitted by the client.
  • You may choose:
    • One (1) design for AED 195, or
    • A package of five (5) designs for AED 679.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for submitting a complete and accurate design brief using the provided form.
  • If your brief is incomplete or unclear, we may reach out for clarification. Design work will not begin until the brief is complete.
  • Delays in submission of the brief will delay delivery.

3. Revisions

  • One (1) round of revision is included in your purchase.
  • Additional revisions will be charged at AED 45 per revision.
  • Major design changes outside the scope of the original brief will incur additional charges or be considered a new design order.

4. Deliverables

  • Each approved design will be delivered as a ready-to-print PDF file.
  • Sticker sizes available: 3 cm or 5 cm in diameter.
  • The final file will be optimized for print quality and use across packaging or marketing materials.

5. Timeline

  • First draft(s) will be delivered within 5–10 business days after receiving a complete and approved brief.
  • Revisions will be delivered within 3–5 business days from the time feedback is received.

6. Ownership & Usage Rights

  • Upon full payment and delivery, you will own full rights to use the approved sticker design(s) for your branding, packaging, and marketing.
  • We reserve the right to display the final design(s) in our portfolio or promotional materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the customized nature of this service, refunds are not available once the design process has begun.
  • If you cancel before submitting your brief, you will be eligible for a partial refund (minus processing and administrative fees)..

8. Communication

  • All communication will be via email unless a Zoom call is requested and scheduled.
  • You may request one (1) 30-minute Zoom call to clarify your requirements. Please indicate this in the design briefing form.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any loss, delay, or damages arising from the use or misuse of the sticker design.
  • We are not responsible for printing quality or outcomes, especially when stickers are printed by third-party vendors.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
