This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between DS Consulting Club / The GrowPro Shop (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the client (“you”, “your”) upon the purchase of monthly or yearly accounting services. By subscribing to this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Services
Depending on the selected subscription type, the services provided under this Agreement include the following:
For All Subscribers (Monthly & Yearly):
- Generation of sales invoices based on information provided by the client
- Recording of all purchase bills and expenses
- Reconciliation of business bank accounts, credit card accounts, and petty cash
- Month-end accounting entries and account closing
- Monthly financial reports including:
- Profit and Loss Statement
- Balance Sheet
- Cash Flow Statement
- Use of either Excel-based or QuickBooks-based accounting systems (as selected)
Additional Services for Yearly Subscribers:
- Year-end account closing entries
- VAT return preparation and submission
- Corporate tax return preparation and submission in accordance with UAE regulations
- Coordination with and support for external auditors during the annual audit (if applicable)
- Priority access to quarterly financial reviews if applicable (upon request)
2. Deliverables
We will deliver:
- Monthly financial statements by the 15th of the following month, assuming timely receipt of complete documentation
- VAT and corporate tax submissions within regulatory deadlines (yearly subscribers only)
- Audit support and coordination (yearly subscribers only)
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide timely, complete, and accurate information required for financial recording and reporting
- Share sales records, expense documentation, bank statements, and any other supporting financial information within agreed timeframes
- Maintain your own QuickBooks subscription (if applicable), and provide system access as needed
- Inform us of any changes in operations, ownership, or legal structure that could impact the accounting process
4. Accounting System Requirement
- This service assumes that you already have an accounting system in place.

If you do not have a functioning accounting system, you are required to purchase our Accounting System Setup service before monthly or yearly accounting support can begin.
- We reserve the right to pause or postpone service delivery if a proper accounting system is not in place.
5. QuickBooks Subscription Fees
- If using QuickBooks, you are solely responsible for purchasing and maintaining an active subscription.
- We do not cover any third-party software costs.
6. Pricing and Payment Terms
Monthly Subscription:
- AED 2,000/month (up to 150 transactions)
- AED 4,000/month (up to 500 transactions)
- Fees are due in advance each month.
Yearly Subscription:
- AED 24,000/year (up to 150 transactions)
- AED 48,000/year (up to 500 transactions)
- A 5% discount is applied to yearly subscriptions (based on the equivalent monthly total).
- Payment is due in full upon activation of the yearly plan. Unless going through the subscribe yearly and save option at the product page, in which case, cancellations are not possible. You will be billed monthly until the end of the subscription period.
Additional transactions or exceptional complexity may be subject to a custom quote.
7. Term & Termination

Monthly subscriptions are billed month-to-month and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days’ written notice.

Yearly subscriptions are binding for 12 months and non-refundable once activated. Early termination will not result in any pro-rated refunds.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or continued failure to provide required documentation.
8. Confidentiality
All financial data and business information shared with us will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party, except where required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we take care to ensure accuracy, we are not liable for any losses, penalties, or damages resulting from errors, omissions, delays, or failure to comply with government deadlines due to late or incomplete client submissions. You are responsible for reviewing final reports and filings.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement is effective upon payment and remains in force until termination by either party in accordance with the above terms.
