3-Session Pricing Workshop Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and expectations for participants enrolling in the 3-Session Pricing Workshop offered by DS Consulting Club. By registering for the workshop, you agree to the following terms:

1. Workshop Overview

  • This workshop consists of three online sessions, each lasting up to 2 hours:
    • Session 1: Cost Calculation
    • Session 2: Understanding Pricing Strategies
    • Session 3: Developing a Fair Pricing Strategy for Your Business
  • The workshop is designed to provide practical, tailored knowledge to help participants understand, structure, and improve their pricing strategies.
  • All sessions are conducted online via Zoom.

2. Participant Responsibilities

  • Participants are expected to attend all sessions in full and actively engage in discussions and exercises.
  • Pre-workshop information (via the Google Form) must be completed and submitted at least 48 hours before the first session to allow proper customization of materials.
  • Participants are encouraged to bring examples or data related to their business (e.g., current pricing, cost sheets, products/services list) for more effective participation.

3. Workshop Materials & Recordings

  • All workshop materials, templates, and worksheets are the intellectual property of DS Consulting Club and are provided for participant use only.
  • Materials may not be copied, shared, or distributed to third parties without written permission.
  • If sessions are recorded, access will be limited to enrolled attendees only and will be available for a limited time (up to 14 days after the final session).

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Full payment is required upon registration to confirm your spot.
  • Due to the limited-seat nature and customized preparation, no refunds will be issued once your registration is confirmed.
  • In the case of an unavoidable emergency, participants may request to transfer their registration to a future workshop (subject to availability and approval).

5. Confidentiality

  • All business information shared during the workshop will be treated as confidential.
  • Participants are expected to respect the privacy and intellectual property of fellow attendees.

6. Commitment to Results

  • This workshop is designed to be actionable and impactful, but outcomes depend on the participant’s involvement, effort, and implementation.
  • DS Consulting Club does not guarantee specific financial results but is committed to providing expert guidance, real-world strategies, and personalized support throughout the program.

7. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By registering for this workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated above. You are committing to participating fully and making the most of this learning opportunity.
