Specialty Design Services – Custom Illustration Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between DS Consulting Club / The GrowPro Shop (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and the client (“you”, “your”) upon purchase of a custom illustration under the Specialty Design Services offering. By proceeding with your order, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Scope of Services

We will create one (1) original, custom-designed illustration for your publication or business use, based on the selected tier:

A. Simple Illustration

• A clean, minimal illustration suitable for editorial use, icons, or supporting graphics
• Created based on a single subject or concept
• One (1) revision included

B. Full Illustration

• A detailed, fully rendered custom illustration ideal for book covers, feature visuals, or conceptual scenes
• May include character design, objects, or setting based on client brief
• One (1) revision included

2. Deliverables

• High-resolution illustration in PDF, PNG, or JPG format
• Print-quality resolution
• One (1) round of revision included, to be requested within 5 business days of initial delivery
• Delivery within 7–10 business days from receipt of complete brief and any required references

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Submit a clear and complete brief including purpose, preferred style, references (if any), and desired content
• Confirm delivery format and usage requirements in advance
• Respond promptly to communication and provide revision feedback within the stated timeframe

4. Revisions & Additional Work

• One revision is included. Minor edits such as adjustments in color, expression, or positioning will be accommodated
• Major revisions or full redesigns beyond the original brief will require a new quotation
• Requests for multiple concepts or illustration variants must be quoted separately

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

• Upon full payment and delivery, you are granted exclusive commercial usage rights for the illustration
• We reserve the right to showcase the illustration in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Exclusions

This service does not include:

• Editable or layered source files (e.g., PSD, AI) unless separately agreed
• Illustration of highly complex scenes without prior quotation
• Licensing for resale on merchandise or third-party platforms (unless contracted separately)

 

7. Confidentiality

All briefs, references, and project details will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your written permission, unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by incomplete briefs or late feedback
• Misuse of the illustration outside of the approved context
• Printing errors or performance of third-party platforms where the illustration may be used

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing this service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement is effective upon payment and remains valid through the delivery and approval of the agreed deliverables.
