Print Design Services - Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between DS Consulting Club / The GrowPro Shop (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and the client (“you”, “your”) upon purchase of any of the Print Design Services listed below. By confirming your order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Service

We will provide custom print design services based on the specific product(s) selected at checkout.

Available Services:

• Poster / Flyer Design
• Seasonal Customization for Packaging Wrap
• Menu Design (Cafés, Restaurants, Events)
• Event Invitations (Digital or Print-Ready)
• Customized Branded Greeting Cards (Digital & Print-Ready)

2. Inclusions & Deliverables

For each selected service, you will receive:

• One (1) custom design based on your brief
• One (1) round of revision per item
• Final file(s) delivered in ready-to-print PDF format
• Digital-use version (JPG/PNG) if applicable for greeting cards or invitations

Menu designs include up to 4 pages. If your menu exceeds this limit, additional pages may be quoted separately.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Submit a clear and complete design brief including text, logo, brand colors, and required content
• Provide all relevant information (menu items, event details, messaging, etc.) before design work begins
• Respond promptly to feedback requests and revision approvals

Incomplete or delayed information may impact delivery timelines.

4. Timeline & Revisions

• First draft will be delivered within 5–10 business days from receiving your complete brief and materials
• Revisions will be delivered within 2–3 business days of receiving feedback
• One (1) revision is included per item. Additional revisions or changes to the original brief will be quoted and billed separately

5. Exclusions

This service does not include:

• Printing or physical production
• Editable source files (e.g., AI, PSD) unless separately agreed
• Content writing or photography
• Post-delivery design alterations

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and final delivery, you are granted full usage rights to the approved designs for your business. We retain the right to include samples in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

All business, brand, and event information shared with us will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Issues with third-party printing vendors
• Delays caused by incomplete briefs or late approvals
• Any damages or loss resulting from the use of the designs beyond their original intended purpose

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement takes effect upon payment and applies to the scope of the purchased service(s).
